CVS Health is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Medicaid Care Management. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, preparing presentations, and assisting with travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, advanced Microsoft Office experience, and at least 5 years in a similar role.

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support and will assist in ensuring seamless project management execution to the Vice President of Medicaid Care Management CESI Team.
This is a fast-paced environment and requires a professional who has initiative and strong judgment; in addition, they should be well-organized, efficient, and adaptable with a strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality is a must .
Maintaining / managing calendars, meeting arrangements, and conference calls; resolving scheduling conflicts
Handling executives’ requests and queries appropriately and in a timely manner . Creating and sending Department Communications on Behalf of the VP and Executive Leadership.
Sounding board, confidant and conduit to keep the executive well informed and help facilitate his/ hers decision making
May attend senior level meetings to take notes and follow-up on outstanding agenda items. Monitors status of delegated items to ensure closure.
Assist in document management, compilation, distribution and storage
Providing organization support including presentation development (PowerPoint), database management (Excel), limited project management and other tasks as needed; completing other duties as assigned
Preparing and maintaining expense reports, receiving and processing invoices / purchase orders, setting up vendors (where appropriate) and ensuring timely payment
Assisting with planning and scheduling meetings / special events for staff; Arranging travel accommodations for the VP
Assisting with new hire processing, IT requests & on-boarding Sr Leaders in Medicaid CM
Ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of administrative support experience
5 years of advanced Microsoft Office experience - must have excellent skills and proficiency in Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
2+ years experience in travel planning (travel arrangements, expenses, etc.)
High level of organizational, prioritization, and project management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive client data and project information, ensuring compliance with data protection policies
Preferred Qualifications
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to create executive level communications.
The ability to interact with executives, employees, assistants and contractors at all levels
Proven ability to independently plan, manage, and work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining commitment to deadlines
Demonstrated success working in an ambiguous environment
Demonstrated success using business judgment to help drive key deliverables of the business
Education
Associate's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$22.59 - $53.95This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
