Job summary

Legrand, the global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the Power & Thermal Management Team in a remote position. The role focuses on proactive project coordination, calendar management, and high-level administrative support for an executive.

Responsibilities include arranging complex travel, preparing summaries and reports, coordinating leadership meetings, drafting internal communications, and safeguarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related executive assistant experience.
• Ability to manage confidential information and high-level calendars.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people.
• Manages the executive’s schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, expense reports and complex travel arrangements.
• Organizes and manages leadership meetings, including, but not limited to management of agendas, presentations, action items and travel itineraries for in-person meetings.
• Conducts research and gathers information on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports.
• Reviews presentations for accuracy, clarity, and logical flow.
• Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Uses discretion, judgment, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality.
• Assists in drafting and distributing organizational communications on behalf of the executive.
• May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
