Job summary

Spanidea in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the CFO, acting as a trusted partner to optimize time, manage priorities, and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives in an executive assistant or administrative role.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and executive priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while exercising sound judgment and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and drive strategic projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain internal and external information required for executive reporting and decision support.
  • Manage a complex executive calendar, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and expense management.
  • Optimize the CFO's schedule to maximize productivity and focus on strategic priorities.
  • Partner with internal administrative teams and business functions to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
  • Organize executive meetings, leadership events, workshops, team activities, and company-wide sessions.
  • Maintain executive office resources and coordinate inventory and procurement activities as needed.
  • Build strong relationships across departments and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide strategic and administrative support to the

Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role extends beyond traditional executive assistance, serving as a trusted business partner

who helps optimize the CFO's time, manages complex priorities, and drives cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is an

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while exercising sound judgment and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Vice Presidents, C-level executives, or senior leadership within a large global organization.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Concur, SharePoint, Archibus, Workday, or similar business applications.
  • Experience leveraging AI productivity tools while maintaining responsible and ethical AI practices.
  • Proven ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring administrative professionals and coordinating activities across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Basic proficiency in Korean is a plus but not required.
