What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Strategically manage complex calendars for multiple leaders, optimizing their time and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Oversee all aspects of domestic and international travel logistics, ensuring seamless travel experiences
- Coordinate major events such as off-sites and board meetings, managing all logistical details
- Maintain organized inbox management, triaging communications and ensuring follow-through on correspondence
- Support cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects to enhance alignment and communication across the leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior‑level executives in fast‑paced environments
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of representing leadership with clarity and discretion
- Expert‑level skills in calendar and inbox management, with sound judgment for handling confidential communications
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
