We are deploying a coordinated fleet of radar satellites to create a high-resolution, continuously updated 3D map of the Earth – enabling governments and commercial organizations to make faster, better decisions in support of disaster response, infrastructure resilience, and national security missions.
We design and build our systems end-to-end, from payload hardware and spacecraft architecture to mission software and data products.
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be a strategic and operational partner to Array's Chief Executive Officer, ensuring seamless calendar, email, and travel management. This is a high trust position at the center of how the CEO operates. This person will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients, communicating in the CEO’s voice, moving priorities and cross-functional projects forward, and keeping important follow-ups from falling through the cracks.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet. They thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and possess strong judgment, clear written and verbal communication, attention, and the ability to anticipate executive needs ahead of time. This is a high autonomy role, and candidates must have the ability to act on good judgement with limited oversight.
Manage complex executive calendar and scheduling demands while prioritizing critical business goals and balancing competing commitments
Manage the CEO’s inbox, drafting email correspondence for internal and external stakeholders in the CEO's voice
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, accommodations, and detailed itineraries for traveling parties
Prepare, review, and organize logistics for board meetings, investor presentations, and customer briefings or pitches.
Track key action items, follow-ups, and special projects across various teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of meeting outputs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, board members, and visiting guests, upholding high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Basic Qualifications
Proven experience managing complex executive calendars, high-volume inboxes, and travel logistics with precision.
Exceptional written communication skills, with demonstrated judgment in representing the executive's voice and priorities.
High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive business and personal information.
Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills, with a track record of operational excellence and autonomy in ambiguous environments.
Proficiency with Google Suite and travel/calendar management platforms.
5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives (founder, CEO, or equivalent), ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment
Background in client-facing, customer service, or public relations roles with a service-oriented mindset.
Experience in early-stage startup, aerospace, defense, deep-tech, or venture capital environments.
Comfort working in a deeply technical environment (e.g. aerospace, defense, other complex engineering domains)
Proven ability to maintain a calm, proactive approach under shifting priorities, tight timelines, and fast-paced environments.
