The Executive Assistant will provide administrative, logistical and strategic support to the SVP, Business Development, Innovative Medicines and the VP, Business Development, Alliances and Integration Management. This role is critical to ensuring seamless coordination across internal leadership, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and skilled at managing confidential communications, complex scheduling, and high-impact meetings in a dynamic business environment.
Location: This is a hybrid position (3 days/week in office) based in Parsippany, NJ.
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
The annual starting salary for this position is between $85,000 - 106,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
