Executive Assistant
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the Senior Vice President of Mastercard Software Builders Experience (MSBX). This role is far more than calendar management and travel coordination. The successful candidate will act as an extension of the SVP, helping drive operational excellence, executive effectiveness, organizational communication, and leadership engagement across a global organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. They possess exceptional judgment, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to engage confidently with senior executives, customers, and stakeholders across Mastercard. This individual will anticipate needs before they arise, identify potential issues before they become problems, and help ensure the leader and organization operate at their highest level of effectiveness.
We are looking for someone who will become a true partner to the leader and organization, not simply manage administrative tasks. The right candidate will help increase executive effectiveness, improve organizational execution, and ensure that priorities move forward efficiently across one of Mastercard's most strategic technology organizations. This is an opportunity to work alongside senior leadership and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of engineering and developer experience at Mastercard.
