We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Executives. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner and key point of contact, helping manage priorities, coordinate activities, and ensure the day-to-day operations of the executive office run smoothly. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can effectively manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.

This is a hybrid position based in our NYC Financial District office, requiring on-site work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. This position is not bonus eligible.
Compensation Range
$66,300 - $68,300 USD
