The Product organization plays a critical role in shaping and delivering innovative investment solutions across Invesco’s global business. Working closely with senior leaders, investment teams, distribution partners, and key stakeholders, the team is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, supporting business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across the product lifecycle. As Executive Assistant to the Global Head of Product, you will be a trusted member of the team, helping to optimize executive effectiveness and supporting the seamless execution of key business priorities.
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Global Head of Product.
This EA will have an in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, processes, and exceptional interpersonal communication and skillsets. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. You will be exposed to highly confidential and sensitive company and employee information, which you will need to treat with utmost discretion and tact.
The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York City is $90,000 to $120,000 annually.
