Rent the Runway seeks an Executive Assistant to support the executive team with calendar management, meetings, travel, and daily administrative tasks. You will interface with senior leaders and board members, ensuring timely communication and organized operations.
The role requires 5+ years supporting C‑level executives, a proactive mindset, and exceptional attention to detail. Corporate Gmail and Google Docs proficiency preferred; hybrid work allowed with Fridays remote per policy.

Executive Assistant – Executive Team Support
As Executive Assistant, you will serve as critical support to the executive team (Chief Supply Chain Officer, SVP Customer and SVP Product, Growth, and Merchandising), providing administrative support in all day to day needs. You will be expected to manage their calendars, keep them organized, informed and on time. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to interface with a diverse group of important executives internally and externally, acting as a key representative of the RTR brand.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast paced environment, juggle lots of projects and deadlines at once, and have a proven track record of excellence in a similar work environment.
