Job Overview
This is a hybrid role with expectations to be in the office 3 days a week. Join a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment supporting the Roofing Executive Leadership Team at CertainTeed, a subsidiary of Saint‑Gobain. In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring they can operate at peak effectiveness by streamlining administrative needs, managing complex events, and driving exceptional organizational coordination.
What You Will Do
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President of the Roofing Products Group.
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize communications, and coordinate all travel logistics.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Plan and execute large‑scale and high‑visibility meetings, including:
- President’s Club
- Lead all aspects of event planning including site selection, contract negotiation, agenda creation, logistics, and on‑site coordination.
- Support additional meetings across Finance, Operations, and Sales (ranging from 12–60 attendees).
Budget & Operations Support
- Process, track, and reconcile invoices, travel expenses, and monthly budget reports.
- Support Finance in scheduling reviews, planning conferences, and coordinating budget meetings.
- Assist VPs and leadership teams across Supply Chain, HR, Sales, and Operations with travel, expenses, and meeting coordination.
Program & Administrative Management
- Coordinate key SGNA and EPS programs with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Manage corporate mobile devices, SpaceIQ seating assignments, event applications, and employee rebate programs.
- Support internal communications and customer‑facing distribution updates.
- Assist with ribbon‑cuttings and new facility events.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Professional supporting executive‑level leaders.
- Exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate needs, and operate proactively.
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- High degree of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, Outlook, electronic filing systems, and modern administrative tools. Microsoft Teams and Town Hall experience is a plus.
- Service‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and results orientation.
