Netcraft is seeking an organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support members of our global leadership team and help run key executive activities. You will coordinate leadership meetings, manage complex calendars across time zones, and prepare materials with discretion.
The role focuses on high-visibility leadership activities, including executive meetings, customer and industry meetings, and major company events, with collaboration across UK and Australia teams and the leadership admin.
Netcraft is the global leader in cybercrime detection and disruption. We're a trusted partner for three of the four largest companies in the world and many large governments. We've blocked over 225 million cyber-attacks to date, and we take down around 33% of the world's phishing attacks.
Our purpose and passion are focused on just one thing: protecting the world from cybercrime.
That passion shapes how we work, too. We're proud of our talented team and the value each person brings, and we've built a workplace where people feel supported and inspired. From strong benefits and wellness programs to meaningful collaboration and team connection.
Netcraft is looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support members of our global leadership team and help keep key executive and company-wide activities running smoothly.
This role is a little different from a traditional Executive Assistant position. While calendar, travel, and day-to-day executive support will be part of the role, a significant focus will be on coordinating and preparing for important leadership activities including executive meetings, customer and industry meetings, and key company events.
You'll be supporting six US leadership team members - including the CEO, CFO and CRO - plus one based in Australia, and partnering closely with our UK Executive Assistant who supports the UK-based leadership team members.
This is a highly visible role requiring excellent judgment, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to anticipate what needs to happen before being asked.
You'll make the leadership team more effective by ensuring they are prepared, organized, and able to focus their time on the highest-impact work. Leadership meetings, travel, and other major executive activities will be well planned and run smoothly, with details anticipated rather than reacted to.
You'll also build strong relationships across the business and become someone leaders can rely on, bringing structure to complexity and keeping important work moving.
