Role: Temp Executive Assistant (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Company: Confidential – Venture Capital Firm

Location: 100% Remote (Company based in Columbus, OH)

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $40.00/hour

About the Role

We’re seeking a high-touch Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, investor-facing environment. This maternity leave coverage role is starting ASAP, with a target transition in late March. This is covering an employee leave. This opportunity is ideal for an EA who is confident supporting Investor Relations and can engage with LPs and high-level stakeholders with professionalism and ease.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinating heavy domestic (and some international) travel (~80% travel support)
  • Providing real-time and occasional after-hours support during executive travel
  • Supporting fundraising and investor communications
  • Scheduling calls and liaising with high-level external stakeholders
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Expense coding and tracking
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong experience in Investor Relations or finance environments preferred
  • Comfortable operating in a 24/7, high-responsiveness culture
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Google Workspace
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident
