Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Vice Presidents and above. You’ll manage correspondence, travel, communications and special projects while representing Spectrum with professionalism across leadership teams and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage executives' correspondence, including emails, calls, letters, and visitors; prioritize incoming communications.
• Prepare executives for travel, events and speaking engagements with relevant information and content.
• Organize and prepare complex documents integrating multiple office applications.
• Provide word processing, PowerPoint and spreadsheet support for executives.
• Maintain confidential information and data.
• Schedule and coordinate calendar, meetings and itineraries.
• Plan and coordinate events, attendees, logistics and catering.
• Oversee administrative functions as needed.

As an Executive Assistant at Spectrum, you’ll manage schedules, travel, communications and special projects for Vice Presidents and above while representing Spectrum in every interaction with business leaders and employees. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will directly empower our leaders and drive company success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage supporting executives' correspondence, including e-mails, phone calls, letters and visitors; answer routine and some complex inquiries and obtain and furnish information on behalf of supporting executives; prioritizes supporting executives' incoming communications to ensure they are aware of key issues
• Prepare supporting executives for travel, public events and speaking engagements by compiling relevant information and contributing content to composition of presentations, speeches or other correspondence
• Organize and prepare complex documents requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications
• Act as the supporting executives’ resource for word processing, PowerPoint and spreadsheet application
• Prepare and maintain confidential information and data
• Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements
• Perform comprehensive event planning and coordination function, including determining attendees, flow of information to attendees, equipment, staffing, catering, location, etc.
• May oversee some administrative functions for the office

The base pay for this position generally is between $25.25 and $44.75. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
