U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Detroit seeks a highly organized executive assistant to manage advisory calendars, coordinate high-profile events, and prepare briefing materials.
You will deconflict schedules, assemble read-ahead papers, and support regional governance meetings and HQ events with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in planning complex itineraries for distinguished visitors and orchestrating large conferences is required.

Specialized Experience: To qualify applicants must possess 1 year of specialized experience at /or equivalent to the GS-11 level in federal service performing work that includes independently managing high-volume executive calendars, strategically prioritizing competing requests, and synthesizing complex operational data into comprehensive briefing materials for leadership. Planning and executing high-visibility internal and external events, to include orchestrating complex itineraries for distinguished visitors, executive-level meetings, and large-scale conferences, resolving complex administrative challenges by tasking subject matter experts and monitoring progress to ensure strict alignment with organizational goals.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
