It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.

Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.

What We’ll Need

The Executive Assistant is a critical role providing high-level administrative support to 2 or more members of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). You are the main point of contact for the leaders whom you support, so we rely on you to ensure the lines of communication remain open between their offices, senior management, and internal teams. This role is based at the Global Support Center in Dallas.

  • Manage an active calendar of appointments while ensuring SLT members’ schedules are followed and respected. Keeping leaders well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities will be a key priority.

  • Compose correspondence, prepare presentations / reports, and handle information requests (often confidential in nature).

  • Arrange complex national and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; collect documents for travel-related meetings; coordinate on/off-site meetings/conferences.

  • Provide an environment where seamless communications between SLT members’ offices and internal teams is expected and carried out.

  • Demonstrate leadership and diplomacy to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management and internal teams.

  • Provide support with scheduling and handling logistics of Board meetings, ensuring meetings go off without a hitch.

  • Provide support with preparing and circulating materials for review prior to Board meetings; take notes and distribute following Board meetings and respond to inquiries from Board members.

  • Complete expense reports, and process travel reimbursement requests.

  • Prioritize multiple needs efficiently and follow projects through from start to finish with a keen sense of urgency.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Displays high emotional intelligence and strong social awareness

  • Maintains an exceptional level of professionalism and a positive, “can-do” attitude

  • Demonstrates strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Who You Are

No job is too small. You recognize that the real work happens in the restaurants, and everything we do should support their success. You stay humble, roll up your sleeves, and always look for ways to help. You learn from others and contribute wherever you can.

You care deeply about doing great work and driving results. You’re curious, ask questions, and seek out opportunities to improve. You don’t just point out problems—you bring solutions, ideas, and perspectives that move the team forward.

You take full responsibility for your work and see things through to completion. You aren’t afraid to fail because you know that failure is a part of learning and growth. You take action, move fast, and keep pushing forward.

You lead with empathy, respect, and emotional intelligence. You collaborate effectively, fostering a culture of trust and constructive feedback. You understand the importance of teamwork and ensure that your actions build others up rather than break them down.
