About the Team

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders at Zoom. This role is pivotal in facilitating the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue-generating activities.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Acting as a liaison between the executive and leadership team, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks.
  • Assisting in the preparation of meetings and presentations, including gathering necessary information and coordinating logistics.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Helping LT liaise with key project work-streams, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and action items. When projects are live.
  • Organizing and coordinating internal and external events, such as team off-sites, conferences, and client visits.
  • Processing expense reports and manage budgets related to travel, events, and office expenses.
What we’re looking for
  • 4+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative positions.
  • Have the ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks.
  • Be proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and other office productivity tools.
  • Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Have experience in tech or SaaS environment is a plus.
  • While this position can be performed remotely within the U.S., candidates located on the East Coast US Region or able to work Eastern time zone hours are preferred to support client collaboration and team alignment.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum: $65,400.00

Maximum: $158,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
