Caesarstone US seeks an Executive Assistant to partner with the President and lead high-level administrative support at our Charlotte headquarters. You will manage calendars, travel, meetings, reports, and executive communications with utmost confidentiality.
The role also backs the Executive Leadership Team, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and oversees office operations to ensure a professional, efficient workplace. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the President, providing high-level support while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the corporate office. This role requires exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
In addition to supporting the President, the Executive Assistant provides administrative assistance to members of the Executive Leadership Team as needed and serves as the primary Office Manager for the Charlotte headquarters. Success in this role requires outstanding organizational skills, strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
This position reports directly to the President and works closely with the Executive Leadership Team, managers, employees, customers, vendors, and external business partners. The ability to establish credibility, build trust, and maintain productive working relationships throughout the organization is essential.
This is an on-site position based at the corporate office.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs. and manage physical office setup for meetings/events.
May require limited travel for company events or trade shows.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive starting base salary ranging from $65,000 - $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The expected total target compensation for employees meeting performance expectations ranges from $71,500 to $77,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and target annual bonus opportunity.
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting senior executive leadership in a fast-paced business environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Experience using modern collaboration and productivity technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Experience supporting a President, CEO, or Executive Leadership Team.
Office management or facilities coordination experience.
Experience coordinating executive travel and corporate meetings.
Experience working within a small to mid-sized organization.
