The ideal candidate has 5+ years supporting senior executives in large corporates or media, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proactive, problem-solving approach in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, inbox triage, and correspondence with discretion.
  • Serve as gatekeeper and primary contact for internal/external communications with clients and executives.
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel itineraries and accommodations.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups to ensure clear next steps.
  • Manage expenses, receipts, and reporting accurately and on time.

This is a high-visibility, high-intensity role requiring exceptional discretion, flexibility, and the ability to operate seamlessly in fast-moving environments.
