Position Summary

As an Executive Assistant supporting the SVP of Private Brands and VP of Product Development and Packaging, you'll serve as a trusted partner in a fast-paced organization, helping leaders and teams stay connected, organized and focused on what matters most. This role offers the opportunity to work across functions, support high-impact business initiatives and build relationships with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Partner closely with senior leadership to manage complex calendars, meetings, priorities and domestic and international travel.
• Prepare and organize executive-level meetings, including agendas, presentations, talking points, materials and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries, flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas and other logistics.
• Support cross-functional business initiatives by connecting teams, tracking moving pieces and helping priorities progress.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, technology and process improvements to make the team more efficient and effective.
• Coordinate large-scale meetings, supplier engagements and team events, managing the details and stakeholders required for successful execution.
• Serve as a point of contact for visiting suppliers, global associates and other business partners, helping facilitate connections and create a seamless experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
