Job description

G42 Americas is a global artificial intelligence and technology group with its origins in Abu Dhabi, rapidly growing its presence in the US, Europe and other global markets. We are building a vertically integrated AI powerhouse with an ambition and a proposition on par with the world's leading hyperscalers, spanning AI data centers, hyperscale AI cloud infrastructure and frontier AI applications.

At the core of that ambition is a simple idea: G42 is building the world's AI token factory and AI agent factory, the industrial-scale infrastructure that produces intelligence, and the platforms that turn that intelligence into agents and applications reshaping how governments, enterprises and society work.

Our business is focused on three strategic pillars:

  • AI Data Centers
  • AI Products & Applications

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a highly trusted Executive Assistant to support the CFO of G42 Americas with exceptional judgment, discretion, pace, and operational discipline.

The Opportunity

The Executive Assistant to the CFO will be a critical partner to the CFO of G42 Americas, enabling focus, speed, and disciplined execution across a rapidly scaling business. This role requires someone who can operate as a trusted extension of the CFO: managing priorities, anticipating needs, coordinating across senior stakeholders, and keeping important work moving with precision and confidentiality.

This is not a conventional administrative role. The successful candidate will support the CFO in a founder-mode environment where priorities shift quickly, stakeholders are senior, and the work requires strong ownership, sound judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to stay several steps ahead.

The role will sit at the center of the CFO's day-to-day operating rhythm, covering complex calendar management, executive communications, meeting preparation, travel and logistics, follow-through on key actions, and support for finance leadership routines, Board-related activity, investor and partner interactions, and company-building priorities.

G42 Americas is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. As we are in the formative stage of building the company, leadership team, operating rhythms, and culture, we expect our senior leaders and their executive support teams to spend meaningful time together in Bellevue. The preferred candidate will be based in the Seattle/Bellevue area and able to work closely with the CFO from the Bellevue office.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support and Operating Rhythm
  • Act as a trusted partner and day-to-day extension of the CFO, enabling focus on the highest-priority business, finance, and leadership matters.
  • Own complex calendar management, prioritization, meeting cadence, and daily operating rhythm across internal and external commitments.
  • Prepare the CFO for meetings with clear briefs, agendas, materials, stakeholder context, and follow-up actions.
  • Manage sensitive communications, information flow, and document handling with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
Stakeholder Coordination and Execution
  • Coordinate effectively with senior executives, finance leadership, business partners, Board-related stakeholders, investors, vendors, and external advisors.
  • Track key decisions, commitments, and action items from leadership meetings, ensuring timely follow-through and escalation where needed.
  • Support preparation for finance leadership routines, Board and committee activity, investor or partner engagements, and major company milestones.
  • Draft, review, and polish executive communications, presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up materials with clarity and professionalism.
Logistics, Travel and Team Support
  • Manage domestic and international travel, itineraries, visas, expenses, and logistics with attention to detail and minimal friction for the CFO.
  • Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, working sessions, and key finance team events in Bellevue and other locations.
  • Maintain organized systems for contacts, documents, approvals, priorities, deadlines, and recurring deliverables.
  • Partner with other executive assistants and business operations colleagues to drive smooth coordination across the leadership team.
Back-Up Support to the CEO's Office

Serve as a trusted EA partner to the CEO's Office Manager/EA, providing seamless coverage and continuity across executive support functions when needed.

  • Manage and triage an ever-changing, high-volume CEO calendar, including rapid schedule shifts, urgent meeting requests, and coordination with high-profile executives, government leaders, and global partners.
  • Exercise exceptional judgment, diplomacy, and stakeholder awareness when communicating with senior offices, balancing competing priorities, and determining the right approach for each engagement.
  • Support end-to-end logistics for CEO speaking engagements and events, including travel agendas, daily itineraries, customer meeting schedules, briefing materials, and on-site coordination.
  • Maintain accuracy across shifting agendas, ensuring master travel sheets, itineraries, and calendars remain fully aligned as plans change in real time.
  • Plan and execute complex domestic and international travel arrangements across global time zones, including last-minute changes, multi-leg itineraries, and shifting regional schedules.
  • Support meetings and events involving senior executives, Board-level leaders, external partners, and other key stakeholders, ensuring strong preparation, logistics, and follow-through.
  • Respond with urgency and flexibility to time-sensitive requests, schedule changes, travel modifications, and other critical needs, including support outside standard business hours when required.
Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a highly polished, proactive, agile, and trusted executive assistant with experience supporting senior executives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments. They will be calm under pressure, exceptionally organized, resourceful, and able to operate with discretion, sound judgment, speed, and humility across complex executive needs.

Experience and Skills
  • 8+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leaders, ideally including a CFO, finance leader, or complex corporate function.
  • Excellent calendar, travel, meeting, expense, and stakeholder management skills, with strong judgment on prioritization and urgency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear executive correspondence and prepare high-quality materials.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and modern collaboration tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global, high-growth or founder-led environment is strongly preferred.
Attributes
  • Exceptional discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Highly agile and responsive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with constant change and shifting priorities.
  • Reliable and resourceful, demonstrating strong judgment, ownership, follow-through, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Resilient under pressure, consistently delivering high-quality work while navigating tight timelines, last-minute changes, and complex executive requirements.
  • Positive, can-do mindset with initiative, optimism, and a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Growth-oriented and humble, open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse personalities, communication styles, and senior-level stakeholders.
Success in this role will be measured by:
  • The CFO's time, priorities, travel, meetings, and follow-ups are managed with precision and minimal friction.
  • Senior stakeholders experience clear, timely, and professional coordination with the CFO's office.
  • Important decisions, commitments, and action items are tracked and followed through consistently.
  • Confidential information, sensitive communications, and executive materials are handled with absolute discretion.
  • The CFO's office operates with speed, structure, professionalism, and strong partnership across the leadership team.
Our Culture: Founder Mode

G42 AMERICAS is a company for builders. We are scaling at extraordinary speed, and we run the business the way founders do: hands-on, close to the work, biased to action and personally accountable for outcomes.

  • Hands-on leadership. Our leaders go deep. They build, ship and own outcomes; they do not simply oversee
  • Founder mode. High ownership, high velocity, direct communication and minimal bureaucracy
  • Room to shape. The blank canvas and pace of a startup, built on the foundation of an established global business with capital, customers, infrastructure and world-class partners already in place
  • Build something great. We are assembling a small number of exceptional people to build a generational company, and we expect everyone who joins to leave a personal mark on what gets built
