YOUR IMPACT

You will collaborate with your Partners to optimize their time, create trust-based relationships within their network while building your own, and deliver high-quality products. The Partners’ network includes their clients, teams, practices, and internal colleagues. You will build ongoing rapport with your Partners, their clients, client assistants, internal colleagues, your Executive Assistant (EA) team and other EAs globally. These projects often involve coordinating schedules for senior leadership participants. Acting as an informed deputy, you will interact with clients and other key stakeholders whose goodwill and respect are critical to the Partners and the firm, while also fostering strong relationships with clients and their administrative contacts. Collaboration with Executive Assistant Managers and department members is essential to ensure smooth workflow, timely actions, and adherence to deadlines. Your work also includes organizing and maintaining all client and internal files using the firm’s authorized system, providing backup coverage as needed, and coordinating events for both internal and external initiatives. Additional responsibilities include preparing and submitting timesheets and expenses in accordance with deadlines, managing and monitoring client accounting statements and invoices upon request, and handling miscellaneous tasks such as printing, copying, mailing, and other duties as assigned.
