As the Executive and Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative, office, and meeting support that enables staff and leaders to work effectively and advance chapter priorities. You will coordinate travel, calendars, meetings, events, visitor support, and day-to-day office operations while helping ensure a welcoming, organized, and productive work environment. You will also work closely with chapter staff, leaders, vendors, and internal partners to deliver responsive administrative and operational support.
We offer the ability to work a hybrid schedule. Tuesdays and Thursdays are in-person collaboration days, and you will be required to be in office. In addition to Tuesdays and Thursdays, you will be expected to be in-office an additional 1-2 days/week as agreed upon with your supervisor and based on business needs. (Total of 3-4 days in office per week.)

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $29.50 - $32.50/hour (based on a 35 hour work week). This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
