Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Executive Ambassador Programs Operations Associate in Consumer and Community Banking to help senior leaders build their public profiles and advance the firm's strategy while ensuring timely, compliant program execution.

You will manage workflows, onboarding, publishing in Sprinklr, monitor posts, draft responses, maintain records, and partner with executive communicators, content teams, legal and controls to deliver high‑quality, audit-ready results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media operations or executive communications.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong writing, editing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with social media publishing and analytics.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage program workflows, calendars, trackers and status updates across the executive cohort.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, permissions, access records and executive lists.
• Update playbooks, templates, and training materials; schedule content approvals.
• Oversee end-to-end publishing in Sprinklr with quality checks and approvals.
• Apply LinkedIn best practices and maintain legal review logs and approvals.
• Monitor daily executive posts, draft responses, and escalate issues as needed.
• Produce monthly/quarterly reporting on reach, engagement, and growth.
• Build relationships with executive communicators, content teams, PR and legal.
• Identify workflow improvements and support trainings and initiatives.
