Qualifications

• 15+ years at a major consulting firm in IT strategy, digital transformation, ERP and platform selection.
• Operate as a senior advisor with CEO/CFO credibility and independent delivery.
• Experience with large enterprise clients and middle-market engagements.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership on technology, AI strategy, and digital transformation with credibility to guide C-suite decisions.
• Assess processes, data environments, and AI readiness to identify meaningful improvements.
• Develop roadmaps aligning technology and AI investments with business objectives.
• Evaluate platforms, integrations, and workflows focusing on value and risk.
• Lead workshops and planning sessions translating technical concepts for non-technical executives.
• Drive implementation guidance and oversee change initiatives with clients.
