Role Overview
The Executive Admissions Representative engages prospective students through consultative conversations to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions. They guide students through the enrollment process, including documentation, transfer credits, degree planning, payment options, and matriculation, ensuring a smooth transition into the university.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the first contact point for prospective students considering enrollment.
2. Engage via phone and email to promote enrollment into APUS.
3. Relate effectively to students from diverse backgrounds.
4. Conduct consultative needs assessments and showcase program benefits.
5. Present tailored solutions and facilitate enrollment based on discussions.
6. Meet or exceed departmental goals and metrics.
7. Coordinate with departments for document collection, registration, funding, and transfer credits.
8. Follow up regularly with prospective students using various communication channels.
9. Maintain student privacy in compliance with FERPA.
10. Evaluate academic records for admission eligibility.
11. Update and manage student information in CRM systems.
12. Collaborate with other departments such as Financial Aid and Academic Advising.

Work Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time remote role with shifts including 2 days (9:00am-5:30pm), 2 days (11:30am-8:00pm), and Friday (8:00am-4:30pm) EST.
• Requires high-speed internet and dedicated workspace.
• Minimum 5 years of online admissions experience with adult students in a sales/consultative role.
• Bachelor's degree required; Salesforce knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.
