The University of Michigan seeks an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Dean of the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. This pivotal role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth operations within the Dean's Office while promoting a diverse and inclusive work culture.

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide confidential, executive-level support for the Dean of the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA). You will have independent responsibility for a significant volume and variety of high-level administrative and project-related responsibilities, often of a complex or time-sensitive nature. You will be an important member of our Dean's Office team and report to the Chief of Staff. We seek candidates willing to work onsite from the LSA building in Ann Arbor, MI, with the potential for 1 day of remote work per week.

The salary range at the Senior level is $92,000 to $104,004. The salary range at the Intermediate level is $72,100 to $85,500. A higher salary may be possible for well qualified applicants.
