MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking an Executive Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to the Legal & Compliance organization in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on managing executive priorities, coordinating governance activities, and handling confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of executive administrative support experience, preferably for senior leaders.
  • Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Finance, HR, or related functions preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Legal & Compliance leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting logistics.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and other executive communications.
  • Coordinate department meetings, leadership reviews, board and committee activities, including agenda preparation, document distribution, and action item tracking.
  • Support the administration and organization of legal, compliance, governance, and corporate records.
  • Track key departmental deliverables, deadlines, and projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Serve as a liaison between Legal & Compliance and internal business partners, external counsel, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with policy administration, compliance initiatives, training coordination, and departmental communications.
  • Support process improvement efforts and help maintain efficient department workflows.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned in support of the Legal & Compliance function.

Job Description:

The Executive Administrator, Legal & Compliance provides high level administrative and operational support to senior leaders within the Legal & Compliance organization. This role serves as a trusted partner responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating governance and compliance activities, maintaining confidential information, and supporting the efficient operation of the department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, exercises sound judgment, and thrives in a fast paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience coordinating complex meetings, events, and executive schedules.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
