Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary administrative support for the DEO, DAO, and senior leaders.
  • Coordinate complex calendars, travel, and workflow processing.
  • Plan and execute meetings, events, and obtain minutes as requested.
  • Develop and revise standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee facilities, AV support, and conference room scheduling.
  • Maintain confidentiality and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
