Purpose of this job:
The Executive Office Administrative Manager (EOAM) oversees and coordinates all the offices' administrative
activities including but not limited to daily tasks as needed by the Senior Manager Executive Administration and
the General Manager, oversees collective activity of administrative functions at all warehouses, organizes
work priorities and manages expenses accordingly. The EOAM analyzes administrative operations and
strategies, as well as employee performance, to suggest and implement improved work methods and
systems. The EOAM oversees and coordinates all the offices' administrative activities including organizing
meetings and managing databases and communicates effectively with staff, suppliers and clients. The
ability to work in a fast- paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative staff.
• Oversight on end of day paperwork, deposits, scanning and corrective actions needed for perfect paperwork.
• Onboarding and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Ensuring office is stocked with supplies, ensuring all equipment is working and properly maintained.
• Working with management team to set budgets, monitor spending, process payroll deductions and
other expenses.
• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences,
interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
• Reviewing and approving hourly timecards at designated facilities.
• Assisting in the coordination of recruiting activities and events as needed.
• Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
• Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
• Interacting professionally with the public, coworkers and others in the course of daily work.
• Perform other duties commensurate with functional level responsibilities
