  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience, or a Master’s degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Experience providing executive, administrative, or operational support within a Federal agency or Federal contracting environment.
  • Detail oriented with experience in meeting coordination, task tracking, calendar reconciliation, and travel preparation.
  • Experience generating reports and developing briefs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Emotional intelligence, sound judgement, discretion, and ability to build rapport across levels.
  • Active SECRET security clearance.
  • US Citizenship required.

About the Role:

As an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting ourFederalgovernment client, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders and program teams. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support that enables efficient office operations, fosters collaboration across stakeholder groups, andhelpsleaders remain focused on strategic priorities. Responsibilities may include executive scheduling, meeting coordination, task management, travel preparation, briefing support, andfacilitatingcommunication across diverse teams and offices.


Key Responsibilities include(butarenot limited to):

  • Performing routine executive-level tasks to include but not limited to scheduling, drafting internal memos, creating briefing materials,and coordinatingleadership, program, and office meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up actions

  • Taking creative direction andworkindependently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

  • Managing,maintaining, and de-conflicting calendars for senior leaders and program stakeholders

  • Managing electronic records, action trackers, briefing materials, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams) to support office operations

  • Coordinating all meetings and conference calls to include scheduling with other attendees, scheduling conference rooms, and allexternal facingmeetings

  • Arranging travel for staff as assigned to include local, domestic, international, and invitational travel

  • Ensuringappropriate routing, review, clearance, and submission of leadership correspondence, decision memoranda, and other high-priority documents

  • Maintaining records (hardcopy and electronic)in accordance withApplicable Management Directives

  • Performing ad-hocadministrative duties as requested by the federalstaff

  • Serve as a trusted liaison and relationship manager across government stakeholders, contractor teams, and partner organizations tofacilitatecommunication and information sharing

  • Maintain awareness of emerging priorities, organizational developments, andstakeholderneeds to proactivelyidentifyopportunities to improve coordination and support leadership decision-making

  • Act as a connector across teams by fostering strong working relationships and ensuring critical information reaches theappropriate stakeholdersin a timely manner

  • Support leadership inidentifying, tracking, and coordinating strategic engagements that contribute to organizational priorities and mission advancement

  • Identifyand elevate emerging trends, stakeholder interests, or collaboration opportunities that may inform strategic planning and organizational growthinitiatives

Location:

You will work as part of a hybrid team in the Washington, DC metro area.


Required Experience/Skills:

  • ABachelor’sdegree and 7 years of relevant professional experience OR

    • AMaster’s Degreeand 5 years of experience
  • Experience providing executive, administrative, or operational support within aFederalagency or Federal contracting environment

  • Must be detail oriented withdemonstratedexperience in meeting coordinating, task tracking, calendar reconciliation, and travel preparation

  • Must have experience generating reports and developing briefs

  • Possess the ability to foster external relationships with key stakeholders for meeting coordination

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels of an organization

  • Must have an active SECRET security clearance

  • US Citizenshiprequired


Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Previousexperience supporting the Department of Homeland Security
