Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials for meetings with pre-reads and logistics.
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting; ensure policy compliance.
  • Support Boston/Cambridge office activities and onsite meetings.
  • Communicating effectively and articulately with all levels of the organization.
  • Assisting in the preparation for meetings including team specific meetings, leadership specific meetings, overseeing logistics, speakers, and venues to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee and support fellow administrative professionals within Interventional Oncology team to foster a collaborative and efficient administrative environment as well as providing back-up coverage for other administrative staff when necessary.
  • Collaborate with HR on job postings, interviews, and assist with onboarding/offboarding for team members and contractors.

This hybrid position will be based in Boston/Cambridge, Massachusetts. Per our J&J Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week. Primary Job Location: 2026 – June 2027 // Position based at Office:71 East Concord Street, Boston, MA. From July 2027 onward // Position based at Office: 301 Binney Street, Cambridge, MA.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $66,000.00 - $106,260.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
