We are seeking an experienced People Manager to lead a team of exceptional Administrative Assistants. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, possess strong business insight, and have excellent communication skills to interact across various levels and functions. This role involves working closely with the head of engineering operations to support organizational growth, developing mentorship programs, and focusing on both people and project management to enhance the administrative team's effectiveness.

Description
  • Manage a team of Administrative Assistants across local and international offices: conduct staff meetings, set and monitor goals, provide feedback, support career development, and oversee hiring and onboarding.
  • Improve administrative processes and tools to enhance daily operations.
  • Lead projects to optimize admin team operations, including managing office space, onboarding, training development, morale events, and mentorship programs.
  • Plan and coordinate office events such as meetings, orientations, trainings, and offsites.
  • Manage the employee engagement budget to align spending with team priorities.
  • Communicate updates from leadership and cross-functional partners to the admin team.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities for admin roles with recruiting partners.
  • Build strong relationships with senior executives and their teams across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of people management experience
  • Previous EA experience supporting an executive
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity

Pay & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $125,400 to $243,200, determined by skills, experience, and location. Employees may participate in stock programs, bonuses, and benefits including medical, dental, retirement, discounts, educational reimbursements, and more. Learn more at Apple Benefits.
