Job summary

Infinitive is seeking a Managing Director – Account Lead to drive growth and client value in the DC metro region. You will lead new sales, cultivate deep client relationships, manage revenue and margins, and guide end-to-end delivery of complex programs with Infinitive consultants on-site in northern Virginia.

You will develop annual account plans with market development, author SOWs, create pricing models, and mentor delivery teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of consulting or business development experience.
Proven experience selling, growing, and managing a multi-million-dollar book of business.
Experience in banking, financial services, media, or education.
Deep background in application development/cloud engineering/data; hands-on delivery in SQL, Python, or similar.

Responsibilities

Drive new sales and account growth with existing and new buyers; extend opportunities.
Author and negotiate SOWs for extensions/expansions/new work.
Define and achieve targets for sales, managed revenue, and margins.
Create pricing models and lead client reviews; manage delivery teams.
Lead Infinitive consultants and mentor teams; maintain open-door policy.
Be on-site with clients in northern Virginia; travel to other East Coast sites as needed.
Ensure high client satisfaction and robust governance of projects.
