Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• 5+ years practicing as a BCBA.
• 5+ years as Clinical Director or equivalent operations-facing leadership role.
• Proven experience leading multi-clinician teams.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, billing, and ABA compliance standards.
• Systems-builder with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate BCBA team members.
• Lead onboarding and training programs for clinical staff.
• Oversee treatment quality, outcomes, and fidelity.

About the Role

The Clinical Director will serve as both the clinical leaderand the operational architectof our systems, directly overseeing all BCBAs while developing infrastructure for continued growth and success.
