Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an experienced EXCON Analyst to support Marine Force capability development. You will research, develop, and analyze high-priority deliverables with exercise planners, training staff, and SMEs, crafting OPORDs, scenario architecture, and Road-to-War outputs.

You will deliver daily summaries and injects, and refine or annotate AAR notes to improve realism. The role requires travel up to 15% to CONUS locations for field exercises, with a focus on live execution and

Qualifications

Experience with joint or service-level exercise planning or EXCON operations.
Experience developing OPORDs, scenario architecture, Road-to-War, or Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL).
Experience adjudicating operations, simulating higher HQ intent, and delivering dynamic scenario corrections during live execution.
Experience with Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) integration and training system interoperability.
Knowledge of Project Tripoli and the TECOM Campaign Plan.
Ability to create daily operational summaries, inject logs, and refinement or AAR notes for staff review.
Ability to develop and present briefings for senior military and civilian personnel.
Ability to travel to CONUS locations up to 15% of the time for field exercises.
Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Research, develop, analyze, and produce high-priority deliverables in coordination with exercise planners, training staff, and subject matter experts.
Create daily operational summaries, inject logs, and refinement or AAR notes for staff review.
Develop scenario architecture, OPORDs, Road-to-War documentation, and inject strategies that drive realism during exercises.
Provide operational, exercise, and engagement planning support for joint all-domain training.
