Horace Mann - Agent Opportunities is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to build and lead a personal agency. This 1099 role offers an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, earning incentives, and quarterly bonuses to reward performance.

You will manage client relationships, leverage Horace Mann’s multiline product portfolio, and grow your network through local and industry events, with no external office required for 2 years.

Qualifications

2–5 years in insurance/financial services
Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life & Health; Property & Casualty
Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable)

Responsibilities

Build and manage your agency in a remote-capable setup
Confidently present products to groups and individuals
