Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Insurance Agent. You will build and manage your agency within an exclusive territory, leveraging Horace Mann’s product portfolio, tech tools, and training to serve educators with reliable insurance and financial solutions.

You’ll receive competitive 1099 compensation with a 48-month incentive package and ongoing production incentives, supported by a dedicated service representative to help you grow your business.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency within an exclusive Horace Mann territory.
• Present products confidently to groups and individuals.
• Identify and implement affordable insurance solutions for educators.
• Engage in networking, community and industry events to grow your business.
