You’ll work with cutting-edge technology and receive ongoing training, plus a performance-based 1099 compensation plan with incentives and quarterly bonuses during the first 48 months.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Licenses required: Life & Health, Property & Casualty; FINRA 6 & 63 where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency by identifying opportunities among educators.
• Present Horace Mann products to groups and individuals.
• Engage in networking, community, and industry events to grow your book of business.
• Provide exceptional client service with Premier support and resources.
