Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role you’ll build and manage your own agency within an exclusive territory, delivering customized insurance and financial solutions to educators.

This 1099-based opportunity offers performance-based compensation, incentives for the first years, dedicated support, cutting-edge technology, and a multiline product portfolio to meet client needs. No external office is required for 2 years, enabling you to work remotely.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses for Life/Health and Property/Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses if applicable.
