With a 1099, performance‑based compensation plan and a robust 48‑month incentive structure, you can grow your business while earning incentives tied to activity and success. Licenses and industry training are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators access affordable insurance and financial security.
• Build and manage your agency and client relationships.
