Horace Mann is seeking Exclusive Agents to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial solutions. You will build and manage your agency, leveraging our premier support and a comprehensive product portfolio to serve teachers and school staff.

Expect performance-based 1099 compensation with a strong 48-month incentive plan, plus quarterly rewards for strong performance. Training, technology, and a niche market are provided to help you grow.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Current Life and Health Insurance License and Property & Casualty License; FINRA licenses may apply.
