Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to lead an agency with a defined territory and an exclusive niche. This role offers 1099 compensation and an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, plus additional incentives tied to performance during the first 48 months.

You will be supported by a dedicated Service Representative, cutting-edge technology, and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio to meet diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
