This role offers a competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation plan with a 48-month incentive package, plus quarterly production rewards and dedicated support to help you grow your business.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident state licenses: Life and Health Insurance; Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators achieve affordable insurance and financial security.
• Focus on market access and building strong relationships with clients.
• Confidently present products to groups and individuals.
