Total-Talent-Advisors in Windsor, CT is seeking motivated CDL-A drivers for round-trip Middle-mile Amazon freight routes using the latest equipment and technology. Routes feature no-touch loads on a 36‑hour cycle with a 13‑hour run, 10‑hour rest, and 13‑hour run, offering 40–52 hours weekly.

Earn $25.00–$26.00 per hour with W2 employment, paid time off, health/dental insurance, 401(k), and performance incentives. Home time at least every two days and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• Clean MVR and DAC report, no suspensions.
• Able to communicate in English; read/write reports.
• Pass background check and be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate middle-mile Amazon freight routes with no-touch loads.
• Use new tractors and up-to-date equipment and technology.
• Maintain safety and compliance on all transports.
• Be home frequently, with 40–52 hours weekly on schedule.

Position Highlights:

1. Routes: Middle-mile, no-touch Amazon freight routes using new tractors and the latest equipment and technology.
2. Schedule: Round-trip routes on 36-hour shifts (13-hour run, 10-hour rest time, 13-hour run).
3. Flexibility: Options include 4 days on / 4 days off or 2 days on / 2 days off.

Requirements:

1. Must be at least 21 years old.
2. Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
3. Successfully pass a DOT Physical.
4. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records.
5. No current CDL suspension or revocation.
6. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and good DAC Report.
7. Successfully pass a background check.
8. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
9. Proficiency using handheld technology and smartphone applications, such as GPS.
