Overview

A dynamic, physician‑led urology group based in Indiana is expanding and welcomes a general urologist to join a team of over 30 urologists and 18 advanced practice providers. The practice offers a strong referral network, cutting‑edge technology, and a clear pathway to partnership within a supportive, collaborative environment known for high patient volume and exceptional care.

Position Highlights

• General urology opportunity with immediate patient volume and OR access
• 18 dedicated advanced practice providers supporting physicians
• Robotics experience preferred but not required
• Call is shared, typically 1:7 or 1:8, but varies by call pod
• Dedicated clinical assistant for triage and surgery scheduling; medical assistants shared at each office
• EMR system designed specifically for urology workflows
• Access to Da Vinci robotics (inpatient and outpatient), holmium laser, and fusion prostate biopsy
• Group open to investing in new technologies and procedures
• Subspecialty support in oncology, female pelvic medicine, and andrology
