• Level 3 Escalation: Operations Support
• Blackberry Server Maintenance
• Email Relay Controls (Relay Lists)
• Records Management Preservation Requests (active employee mailbox backup for legal review)
• Level 3 Escalation: Shared Mailbox Support
• Restore lost data to user mailbox
• Emergency Email Recall
• Mail flow Validation (External and Internal)
• Email Transport Rules - Restrictions & Top Level Mail flow controls
• Spam Control (Exchange)
• Server SSL Certificates
• Mailbox rights management
• Legal/Litigation Hold (prevents email data from being deleted)
