Qualifications

• Knowledge of IEP development and IDEA compliance.
• Experience with data collection and progress monitoring.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators.
• Strong leadership and training capabilities for staff development.
• Familiarity with district assessments and transition planning.

Responsibilities

• Build inclusive school cultures through collaboration and IEP processes.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Work across diverse school settings to support students with disabilities.
• Lead professional development for staff on Specially Designed Instruction.
• Coordinate IEP meetings and transition services with district agencies.
• Maintain student data and ensure compliance with FAPE requirements.
• Assist with master schedule development to support disability services.
• Engage with community and business partners for Work-Based Learning.
