Qualifications

• Strong writing and speaking skills, data interpretation, leadership and organization.
• Computer/typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact person for EC referrals and issues.
• Complete data entries and manage EC data in IEP processes.
• Handle initial referrals via SST and ensure 90-day timeline.
• Coordinate with school psychologists, related services, and EC monitors.
• Schedule IEP meetings and ensure team members are invited.
• Prepare and monitor IEP drafts for compliance.
• Maintain EC data forms, logs, and required rosters.
• Attend and support IEP team meetings and staff development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
