Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and current teaching license.
• At least three years of successful teaching experience.
• Experience in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional development on research-based instructional practices.
• Demonstrate and share knowledge of NC standards.
• Monitor implementation of instructional strategies for fidelity to research-based practices.
• Model lessons with proven teaching practices upon request.
• Coordinate timelines and compliance on federal paperwork with EC staff.
• Collaborate with EC teachers to analyze data and plan targeted instruction.
• Support inclusive practices in the Least Restrictive Environment.
• Identify EC needs and organize problem-solving actions for teachers.
• Utilize instructional technology to enhance learning.
• Work with district and school personnel to improve EC programs.
• Perform other duties to support EC departments and school operations.
